Spices

I usually buy pices at Gewürzdepot in Passau, Germany, because they have the best tasting spices and blends of spices ever. But of course, you can also mix those blends yourself.

These are the recipes of the spice blends I use in this blog:

Coffee Spice

1 teaspoon ground cardamom, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder.
